PERSONAL TRAINING
With our one to one personal training option, the focus is on you and you alone. Whether your goal is pain relief, weight loss, strength gains, increased bone density, accountability or guidance, we will tailor a program specific to you. Our boutique studio is small, non-threatening and uncrowded - in other words, we are not your typical gym. Choose from 1 hour, 45mins or our 30mins express sessions.
