Class Memberships 

 

Termination

Cancel anytime with 3 weeks notice and 50% of remainder contract value to be paid.

If outside initial contract term 3 weeks written notice required to cancel your class membership 

Memership Freeze 

In unforeseen circumstances, we can freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks with no notice. Please email your request in writing and your membership will be placed on hold straight away

Holiday Leave

We are happy to pause your payments for a minimum of one week. Please notify us by email with at least 2 weeks notice prior to leaving. 

Medical Hold

We will also put your membership on Medical Hold in the unfortunate event of long term (4+ weeks) illness or injury.

Please note, unused classes do not accrue and bookings are essential, so please book in quickly to secure your spot!

T's & C's may change or updated at anytime. 

Personal Training 

Cancellation Policy

We are 100% committed to being ready and prepared for you at the time of your scheduled session.

Our very strict cancellation policy helps to keep you committed and protects our operating times.

A no-show or cancellation within 24 hours before your session will incur a full fee payment. In exceptional circumstances these fees may be wavered, and this will be at our discretion.

 
Minimal term 12 weeks

Payments are set on a recurring weekly basis until the end of your initiall 12 week contract.

Contracts run for 12 weeks and will automatically renew after the 12 weeks unless otherwise requested. 

Termination of training

Within the initial 12 week minimum contract, cancel anytime with 3 weeks notice and 50% of remainder contract value to be paid.

If outside initial 12 week contract  3 weeks written notice required to cancel Personal Training 


Holidays

We are happy to pause your payments while you're away. Please notify us by email, with at least 2 weeks notice prior to leaving.

We will also put your membership on Medical Hold in the unfortunate event of long term (4+ weeks) illness or injury.
